Features This device is designed to pressurize and inject low-boiling point fluorinated liquid to detect micro leaks of 10-5 ATMcc/sec that cannot be detected by gross leak bubble tests at atmospheric pressure. Leak detection is typically performed using a bubble tester. An optional system configuration can be created by injecting helium gas and combining it with a helium gas detector.
